Lease Terms: 1 year contract with option to renew, rent is payable to the landlord.

You will be living with two lovely women in their mid 20s/30s who are currently working from home and are part time students. We’re looking for someone sociable, clean and tidy. LGBTQ+ friendly. Unfortunately this place is not pet friendly, as one of them has allergies. Ideally looking to sell my bed-frame+mattress pictured as well (Purchased brand new from ikea, less than 1yr old)
