1 Bedroom For Rent $700 - Female Only

We are 2 young female professionals, in our late 20’s. We work fulltime, long hours and don’t spend much time at home. We are neat and tidy. The house is mainly quiet as we do not throw parties during the week. We cook often and go to bed early. On weekends sometimes we have friends over for dinner, but this is not often. Looking for someone laid back and clean, that we can all be friends with.

We live in a Triplex located in South Etobicoke. Main intersection being: Royal York/Queensway. The home is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery etc.) However, the bedroom is not furnished but comes with white curtains and there is a brown dresser available if you need one. The room has a big closet and lots of sunlight. One of the roomies is moving out, and we are looking to fill the vacancy. We have a friendly hypoallergenic cat named Tino.

Close to humber college, TTC etc. walking distance.

Close to Nofrills/Costco/Sherway Gardens.
