Hi there! I am looking to sublet a one-bedroom or a room in a two-bedroom furnished apartment unit downtown. I am looking to move in ASAP until the end of August. I am a young student who is clean, doesn't smoke, interested in fitness and does not own any pets. Preferably looking to live with a young female (student) roommate.
