Looking for roommate for Aug 1 2-bedroom condo at King and DVP

Hi,

I am looking to sublet my bedroom in a 2-bedroom unit at 47 Lower River, available on Aug 1. It is right at King and DVP on a streetcar line. It is a massive ~350 sqft. bedroom + den combo with a private ensuite bathroom with a shared common area living room and kitchen. The rent is $1700/mo + shared utilities (avg. $75/mo). The building is new with a doorman, gym, beautiful outdoor pool, and multiple condo rooms. You are living on the third-floor with views of the CN Tower from the bedroom.

The building is located 20sec to the King streetcar and 60sec to the Queen streetcar. You are 15mins to Yonge via streetcar. It is directly accessible to the DVP and parking could be rented from another unit.

You would be living with a female MBA grad working downtown. She is quiet, often travels on the weekend, and spends the majority of her time in her room when home. Would prefer another female, young professional as roommate.

The lease is for an additional 6mos (until end Jan) with the possibility of extending if both you and the other roommate agree. The landlord requires a proof of income (letter of employment) and credit check.
