Looking for Room to Rent: May 1, 2020

PhD student & business owner in late-20s currently looking for an ideally furnished room to rent $1000 budget. Looking for a place near to subway. Ideally in Etobicoke/Mississauga border, close to Uoft St. George or Yorkdale area. I like to hit up the gym, run, read & have fun. Hard working, clean and organized. Looking to move in May 1st.
