LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE

HEY I’m Kenzie! I am looking for a roommate to join me in my apartment, with a Den avaliable. I have been living in this condo for 4 years and and love the place! The apartment features a massive outdoor balcony and is located on the 18th floor. The den has a opaque glass sliding door and is on the opposite end of the apartment for added privacy. The apartment is located a minute away from Yonge & Bloor. The building backs onto the ttc, super convenient, beautiful location. The building has an outdoor pool as well as a gym, yoga room and games room area. Super safe building with 24hr security. a little about me, I am a student at Ryerson University going into my 4th year of criminology. I’m 22 years old, I spend most of my time working, studying or hanging with my friends/ boyfriend. Im pretty easy going and very drama free and am looking for a friend but also looking to mind my own business lol. I am looking for a nice, trusting, respectful, fun roommate. must b 420 friendly I’m super bad at writing these but please let me know if you’re interested as the place is available August 30th, with a 1 year lease.
