Hi. I am looking for an awesome roommate for 905-33 singer court, available ASAP. Its a 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms on a luxury building and steps away from Leslie subway and Oriole Go train station. The apartment is very modern, it has a lot of space, it has lots of natural light, it has a balcony with a great view and it has an excellent vibe.The bedroom has space for a queen bed, drawers and it comes with a closet. The room also has lots of lights, windows at two sides of the room. The building has lots of cool amenities: gym, yoga, movie room, karaoke room, basketball, badminton, poo and a hot tub, party room, board games evenings, bbq area, crafts classes, etc. The building has a good sense of community. I am a young professional, friendly, easy going and with good habits. I like to keep the place clean and well decorated. The place is very close Leslie subway and Oriole Go train station, very convenient for commuting. There is also a Canadian Tire, Ikea, a corner store, bank, Starbucks, McDonalds, dentist and others business at a walking distance, very very close. I am looking for $1300, all included.
