PSA - Bleach Thrown Out Of Windows

PSA - My bf was walking near Osgoode Station today. He smelt bleach and found his sweater suddenly had bleach spots all over it. Someone had thrown bleach out of the condos in the area. Please be cautious walking your pets and with your family near these buildings. I'm mortified. If he looked up that could have gotten into his eyes or skin and face. People are disgusting 😡
