Locked to Telus - you'll need to unlock it. The back is pretty scuffed up from being my daily driver, but there's no damage to the front glass itself. If you look at the second photo, there's a small amount of red screen burn on the bottom-middle.

It functions perfectly and can serve well as an iOS app driver, a secondary phone, a phone for your kids, or a music player in the car! I just factory reset the device, so it's ready for use.
