H&M Wide Belt Women's L

I.... have no idea how to wear this belt. It was a gift a long time ago but I've never worn it. It's too wide to fit into belt loops but is made of a sturdy material so it doesn't fit to my curves. Last pic is of me wearing it and showing how it is sturdy unlike other wide belts I own.
