tiny blue&white striped shorts [xs]

these are pretty tiny! i'm a size 27" waist and they fit but barely LOL. i'm also 5'0" and they fit like mid rise shorts and they're pretty short but not cheeky. ideal for someone smaller than me, so prob someone typically a 25-26" waist? a size 0-2? i think they're from the h&m kids section lol
