Room in Large Victorian House in The Annex/Little Italy - short term

Available now or on April 1st for 1 or 2 months (flexible). $850/Month all included.

Working Professional or Post Graduate (age 30+) preferred.

Utilities included (water, electricity, internet and cleaning service).

The house is shared with 2 other very busy roommates that keep a daytime schedule and a small dog. Looking for a professional that has a similar schedule (no 3am stumbles home please). Some of us wake up at 5am and most go to bed (or are quiet in their rooms) at 11pm. One roommate works in marketing and the other in the creative industry.

The house has 2 full baths, a large eat in kitchen, a large livingroom with 14' ceilings and a front yard. Laundry is at the corner (you can see it from the house). Looking for single occupancy only. Entire house is furnished and no room for storage outside the room. Must like small dogs.

TTC accessible- House is close to College or Bathurst streetcar or a 10 minute walk to Bathurst subway station.
