For the consummate gamer, video game connoisseur, or the curious of a previous gen sampling of consoles and their fans, I give you the stack o' video game magazines.

Selected Next Generation magazine issues from January 1997 to October 2001. Thirty-seven issues of gaming goodness! Next Generation's content didn't focus on screenshots, walkthroughs, and cheat codes. Instead the content was more focused on game development from an artistic perspective. Interviews with people in the game industry often featured questions about gaming in general rather than about the details of the latest game or game system they were working on. Was a fun read and an interesting window into the industry at the time.

Doing the Konmari thing, but hopefully someone can still find some joy in these. Save this bit of history from recycling before it becomes a coffeeshop cup! Use it to prop up your monitor! Make a collage of every Metal Gear game reference!
