Blade of the Immortal, volumes 1 & 2 (manga)

The Blade of the Immortal manga translated and published in English by Dark Horse. Volume 1 is 136 pages and volume 2 is 176 pages. Black and white. Each volume measures 5.75" x 8.25". Both volumes are in fine condition with no major defects.

Blade of the Immortal (Japanese: 無限の住人 Hepburn: Mugen no Jūnin, lit. "The Inhabitant of Infinity") is a Japanese manga series by Hiroaki Samura. The series is set in Japan during the mid-Tokugawa Shogunate period and follows the cursed samurai Manji, who has to kill 1000 evil men in order to regain his mortality.

A good read with nice writing and art style. The translation style may not be to everyone's taste. See the 2017 movie by Takashi Miike! Nice and bloody... but it's artistic violence. 😄 I also have volumes 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9 if interested.
