Initially water propagated, then potted up in soil about a month ago. Pushing out a new leaf so he’s ready for a new home! Last photo is the momma plant.

You’ll want to repot in a better draining pot, keep the soil moist, and put him in bright, indirect light for best growth. They are shade tolerant but not going to thrive there.
