Homemade fresh sourdough bread

Delicious homemade sourdough bread beloved by family and friends! Flour type customizable depending on availability. Typically I use a mix of white and whole wheat, but for a bit more value I can mix in some flours like spelt or rye. I would typically need a few days notice since it is a lengthy process.

Would like things from my ISO list or try me with something else! :)
