Offering compensation to take on my room in Oak House UofT res

Hi UofT students (they/she)!

I am offering 300 CAD for those who would like to live in a suite at Oak House, a residence of UofT, to do it through my referral.

It's a suite for 4 people but only 2 rooms are taken, so you would only have one roommate. My roommate is a lovely person, very clean and quiet, and really friendly as well. You will have a 4 people's apartment for the two of you for the same price.

My plans for the summer have changed and I want to leave the residence before my contract ends in August, therefore I need to find a suitable replacement in order to leave early. That's why I am offering a financial compensation to do the application through my link instead of directly with Oak House.

Then you will do the application and everything else with UofT and Oak House directly, I won't be involved.

You could move in any time from April 17th. It's on the 10th floor and the views from the window are stunning. There is a gym, a lot of common spaces, pool tables, yoga room and piano and music rooms.
