Milk Kefir Grains

These have been fed full fat organic milk but can be transitioned to goat milk or other milks (that takes a while, though, and I unfortunately can't give you tips except to check out Dom's kefir online) ... I'll give you some grains in a jar, which might be an old peanut butter jar so let me know if you've got any allergies. I can usually spare some every week or two. #kefir #probiotics
