Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Tried a new cookie recipe and they’re delicious! Espresso and Chocolate…a perfect combination! Also a perfect soft cookie to add ice cream and make yourself an ice cream sandwich if you want a summery treat this long weekend! (Ingredients; Butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, sea salt, espresso powder, cocoa powder, chocolate chips.)

I have 20 large pre portioned uncooked cookie balls in the fridge ready to either be picked up as is (and baked by you) or go in the oven and be picked up. Would need to be picked up by tomorrow or I’ll be freezing them.

These will be pick up only (near parliament and bloor) as I can’t get out to meet anywhere for the next couple days.
